Sprouts COVID Health and Safety Protocol
All skill levels are welcome – we have a 1 to 3 ratio of counselors to kids so we can cater to their skill level! We are confident that we can match your aspiring chef’s skill level.
We try our best to accommodate allergies, and we welcome all campers. If we are informed of the restrictions/allergies, we will provide an alternative. However, we cannot accommodate an allergy/restriction that is so severe that it hinders the quality of the class and ingredients. Nonetheless, because we work with real chefs and can’t guarantee that every menu will be allergen-free, campers are welcome to bring snacks along in the event there is a dish that they can’t eat!
Yes, it’s important that your child has a signed waiver for the specified class/event before he or she can legally participate!
Children are required to bring and wear their own masks (Sprouts will have additional disposable masks).
Just like a real chef, children are responsible for bringing their own Chef’s Kits to camp each day. This consists of items such as: a labeled chef’s knife, paring knife, apron, a rag, peeler, and small cutting board. We strongly suggest that your child write their name on anything they bring to help keep track of their belongings. Unfortunately, Sprouts can not be responsible for any losses or theft.
While this happens very rarely, poor conduct is something that we have seen on occasion. In the event of poor conduct, we reserve the right to dismiss a child. In these circumstances, a refund will not be issued.
Gift cards do not expire.   Gift cards are not refundable but they can be transferred to credit for a different individual.

7-12-year-olds are welcome to participate!

Yes, they are live with a featured chef and culinary instructor.  Classes are held via Zoom.  You need to download Zoom before your session date.

20-50 students per class. We keep classes interactive with a featured chef, culinary instructor, and class host.

We try to offer one savory and one sweet menu item at each class. Menus can vary depending on the featured chef. We’ve made everything from sweet and savory scones to Thai noodles and sweet rice rolls. All menus have vegetarian and gluten-free substitutes. Each class participant will receive the menu and equipment list soon after class registration.

No pre-class prep is expected.

Students can raise their virtual hand to ask questions or offer comments during the class. They can also speak with the chef and class hosts via live chat.

Yes! The chef and culinary instructor ask that you share your video so that we can best help you!
