Story: Saul lives in San Francisco with his parents, who immigrated from Mexico and now work hard to support the family. Saul showed leadership in the kitchen from an early age as he helped prepare meals for his younger siblings and himself while his parents worked long hours. Although Saul has felt limited by the lack of kitchen tools he has at home, his passion for food grew over the years. True to his Mexican roots, he particularly enjoyed making enchiladas. He’s thrilled to be enrolled in Sprouts’ Chef-in-Training program at the Michelin-starred restaurant Sons & Daughters. He is excited to see what job pathways this internship will open for him, and the team at Sprouts is thrilled to watch him grow.
