Louise Rosier, Paris

What would we do without our partners in crime who keep the culinary magic happening in Paris? We’re lucky to have Margot on our team so that the Sprouts cooking adventures can continue for curious young chefs abroad. As the Director of Sprouts Cooking Club’s sister program in Paris, she has been a longtime partner in helping us get more kids cooking hands-on with healthy ingredients.

The Inside Scoop

What is your profession?

I am currently running a similar program structure to that of Sprouts, which is based in Paris and called Louise Rosier Kids; we teach culinary education for kids.

What first made you interested in food?

My parents and grandparents have always cooked a lot. Food is part of the culture in my family.

What’s one rewarding experience you’ve had as a Sprouts fan?

Having a mom say, “Thank you so much, she now eats salad!”

What’s one interesting thing you’ve learned from working with Sprouts?

Kids are always interested in everything we try to teach them, as long as they have fun doing it!

Why is it important for kids to learn how to cook for themselves?

When kids grow up, they have to organize themselves to eat well to stay healthy. The sooner they acquire this skill, the better.
