Sprouts teaches weekly, virtual cooking classes at schools across the United States.

Virtual After School Classes

- Your child will learn the essential cooking skills needed so that they can cook at home for the family!
- Interactive classes of 8-25 students are taught live through Zoom by a Sprouts’ instructor.
- Classes run 60-90 minutes, once a week, for 7-12 weeks
- Sprouts sets up the cooking series directly with your school
- Adult supervision is up to the discretion of each family. We keep classes paced for youth cooking without adult help.
- Menus are seasonal and wholesome: homemade ricotta gnocchi, frittatas, sushi, scones, biscuits, and more!
- Ingredient and equipment lists are issued 5 days before the class; parents are responsable for shopping for ingredients
- All menus have vegetarian and gluten-free substitutes, and include affordable and easy-to-find ingredients.

School Summer Camps

Sprouts offers both In-person Camps and Virtual Camps.
Camps take place during spring, summer and winter breaks.
Interactive cooking workshops of 8-25 students are taught live by a Sprouts’ instructor.

Camps are designed for students from all backgrounds, 6-12 year-olds
Menus are seasonal and wholesome: homemade ricotta gnocchi, frittatas, sushi, scones, biscuits, and more!
All menus have vegetarian and gluten-free substitutes, and include affordable and easy-to-find ingredients.
