2012 Summer Camps
Camps will run the last week of June until the first week of August
and will be split up into a younger and older age group. 7 to 10 year
olds and 10 to 13. The 10 year olds can choose their session.
Counselor to child ratio will be 1:3 so that each child child can work
on techniques and cater their culinary training according to their
strengths and interests. Junior counselors will still be able to apply
for sessions with younger children. Camps for older children will still
build culinary skills from scratch but chefs will expect faster learning
curve and expect more responsibility and maturity from campers.
Camps will be both in San Francisco and Berkeley.
Last week of June: ages 7-10 open to Junior Counselor's 14 and older
1st week of July: ages 10-14
2nd week of July: ages 7-10 open to Junior Counselor's 14 and older
3rd week of July: ages 10-14
4th week of July: ages 7-10 open to Junior Counselor's 14 and older
1st week of August: ages 10-14
