Celebrate Earth Day with a BBQ Cook Off!

Grill burgers, cut fries and mix popsicles in our outdoor kitchen!

Chef Nour, Integrative Nutritionist, will help us celebrate Earth Day in the beautiful outdoors by whipping up our favorite classic BBQ recipes with a healthy (and delicious!) twist! During this tasty Earth Day Cook Off, we will learn how to hand shape our burger patties and grill them up to perfection. We will hand cut crispy veggie fries and make healthy homemade sauces to dip them in. To finish it all off on a sweet note, Chef Nour will teach us how to make our own fruit popsicles- all from scratch using organic seasonal produce!
Our guest chef will prove that healthy food should be anything but bland or boring. The kids will chop, simmer, barbecue and best of all- learn how to make vegetables delicious and fun! PLUS, this class will be taught in Sprouts outdoor organic garden! Your kiddos will enjoy fresh air and sunshine as they learn that anyone can make amazing, delicious food, anywhere! We can’t think of a better way to celebrate planet earth than by cookin’ up great food, with great chefs, in the great outdoors!
