__After school programs
Job Description:
We are looking for engaging culinary instructors to teach after school cooking
classes to elementary aged children in a variety of schools in the East Bay
from February 2012 until June 2012. In the past, we have had cooking classes
focused on international cuisine, and the kids have a lot of fun trying out
new foods and learning about different cultures!  Culinary Instructors are
in charge of procuring ingredients, menu planning, class summary, and
teaching the class with a focus on nutrition. During the class, you will be
provided with an assistant for class sizes over 7. 

Time Committment:
Classes meet once a week, and run from 1:45-3pm.  There is a half hour
before and after the class for set-up and clean up.  For class sizes larger
than 7, an assistant will be provided.  Fingerprinting, background check,
and Tuberculosis test are required for all instructors prior to teaching the class. 

Compensation: 
$50 per class.
